Biography：
Luan Hansen, doctor of medicine, researcher, master tutor, deputy director of the inhalation particle committee of the Chinese Society of Particulates. Graduated from China Pharmaceutical University majoring in pharmaceutical preparations, worked in the National Engineering Research Center for Pharmaceutical Preparations of Shanghai Pharmaceutical Industry Research Institute, as the project team leader, studied for masters and doctorates in Shanghai Pharmaceutical Industry Research Institute, and worked in the R&D Center of Bayer Pharmaceuticals in Germany Further education. He is currently the technical director of Heyan (Shanghai) Medical Devices Co., Ltd.
He has long been engaged in the research and development of biodegradable pharmaceutical excipients, long-acting injection drug delivery systems and inhalation drug delivery systems. He has 20 years of experience in drug development, registration and industrialization. It has successively undertaken 5 major scientific and technological special projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the 'Major New Drug Development', 3 scientific research projects of the National Pharmacopoeia, 2 scientific research projects of the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, and 1 international cooperation project. Responsible for completing the research and development of polylactide glycolide (PLGA) for injection, 3 long-acting injections and 2 inhalation powder sprays. Won the first prize of 2010 Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Progress Award and the second prize of 2011 National Science and Technology Progress Award. It has applied for 14 Chinese patents, and 9 have been authorized. Published more than 40 papers, participated in the compilation and publication of 'Encyclopedia of Preparation Technology' and 'Ansel Pharmaceutical Dosage System'.
