On December 13, 2020, in order to implement the spirit of the 'Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development Plan Outline' and promote the moderately diversified economic development of Macau, implement the spirit of the important speech of General Secretary Jin Ping's inspection of Hengqin, further create an atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship, and accelerate the elements of innovation Gathering and development. Based on the results of the first Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Competition, Hengqin New District and Macau jointly organized the second China Hengqin Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Competition. 

      After fierce competition, 18 winning projects came to the fore from 942 projects and won awards of 300 million yuan. In the end, Ruisplein won the 5 million yuan reward for the second China Hengqin Technology Entrepreneurship Competition in 2020. 

The judges attending this competition included the chairman of Zhuhai Fund, Guo Jin, chairman of Zhuhai Huafa Entity Industrial Investment, academician of the National Academy of Engineering, academician of the Canadian Academy of Engineering, and members of the Legislative Council of the Macao Special Administrative Region.
