Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for building the overall operation analysis system of the medical sector, and analyzing and evaluating the operation data of various medical institutions under the system framework;

2. According to the characteristics of different medical institutions, establish monthly, quarterly, and annual operation analysis standard templates and report systems, regularly internally compare the operating data of various medical institutions, and implement targeted improvement projects;

3. Develop a performance appraisal system corresponding to the medical operation analysis system and guide the implementation of the performance appraisal;

4. Instruct hospitals to implement operations and cost analysis according to strategic goals and business plans, and cultivate professional medical application management teams;

Job requirements:

1. Under 45 years old, master degree or above, major in bioengineering, pharmacy, etc.;

2. More than 5 years of relevant work experience;

3. Experience in research and development of inhaled drug delivery is preferred.
